·         All of the sensors are sampled at higher data rates (100 times per second on analogue inputs)

·         Wind calculations are improved by the addition of rate-gyro sensors to measure boat motion

·         Ethernet communications are used to allow high-speed communication with one or more PCs running Deckman tactical software
